Rocio Rivera Crespo, BA (She/Her/Hers) is one of the Social & Behavioral Research Coordinators at Howard Brown Health’s Center for Education, Research, and Advocacy (ERA). Rocio completed her BA at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus where she majored in psychology. During undergraduate she worked on a variety of social psychology research projects including post natural disaster anxiety. She previously worked as a Research Professional at the Roman Family’s Center for Research at the University of Chicago where she focused on working with experimental frameworks to understand stereotyping and judgements from a behavioral science perspective.
Rocio is eager to use Behavioral Research and experimental approaches to bridge disparities within health in the LGBTQ+ community.
