The Howard Brown Health Patient Access Center is available at the below times:
- Monday: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
After-Hours Support
- If you need routine advice between visits, whether preparing for your next in-person or virtual visit, call and ask to speak to the nursing staff, who can help.
- If you need advice after the office is closed, call 773.388.1600 to be transferred to the on-call provider. Support is available both in-person and by phone. A health provider is on-call 24 hours, every day of the year.
