If you’re a new patient or haven’t visited us in the last 2 years, you can call us or schedule online for an appointment this week. When scheduling online, select “None of the Above” and list the vaccine you want to receive when asked “What is the most important thing you want addressed during this visit?”
If you’re an existing patient, please give us a call and we may be able to get you an appointment at your preferred health center sooner than what’s available through online scheduling.
If you’re under 18 or want to schedule for your child, please give us a call. Pediatric vaccination is only available at our Halsted and 63rd St locations.
Yearly Vaccinations
Flu / Influenza
The 2026-2027 Influenza vaccine is now available at our health centers. Everyone older than 6 months is eligible for this vaccination.
This vaccine can be received at the same time as the 2026-2027 COVID-19 vaccine.
COVID-19
The updated 2026–2027 COVID-19 vaccine is now available at our health centers. Your primary care provider is your best resource for guidance on if and which vaccine you or a family member should receive.
Details about each pharmaceutical company and its accompanying COVID-19 vaccine brand are below noting, in general, who they are for.

These eligibility guidelines are based on current clinical recommendations. If new recommendations are released, we will update them accordingly.
* If you are ages 5-64 and do not have an underlying medical condition, you may still receive the vaccine. However, some insurance providers may not provide coverage for this vaccination. Please confirm directly with your insurer.

We offer pediatric immunizations and other pediatric care at our Halsted, 63rd St, Clark, and La Casa Norte locations.
Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Pediatric COVID- 19 Recommendations
- All children ages 6 months through 23 months
- Children ages 2 years through 18 years in the following risk categories:
- Persons at high risk of severe COVID-19
- Residents of long-term care facilities or other congregate settings
- Persons who have never been vaccinated against COVID 19
- Persons whose household contacts are at high risk for severe COVID-19
- Children ages 2 years through 18 years not included in a risk group above whose parent or guardian desires their protection from COVID-19
