Paul Rauseo has dedicated the last 20 years of his career developing workforce leadership for high performing organizations, both public and private.  Most recently, Paul spearheaded HR solutions for the 6,500 employees of the Cook County Health & Hospital System. He oversaw a self-service portal offering employees 24/7 HR access and led efforts to improve employee engagement and experience. Throughout his career, Paul has applied strategy, best practices, and data infrastructure to help workers and employers thrive. As a recognized leader in change management, Paul helped Cook County pursue process improvement initiatives designed to align employee needs with the demands of the healthcare system. At Howard Brown Health, Paul’s mission is to create an environment of continuous innovation to meet the demands of our patients through well-prepared employees, excellent teamwork, and responsive HR systems. He will also facilitate institutional efforts to better express Howard Brown’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) values through policy development, training and development, and other initiatives designed to pursue continuous improvement on DEI outcomes in every department of the agency.
