Get Started with Telehealth Today!

Have you been putting off your next visit due to COVID-19? Telehealth is a convenient way for you to access care while still social distancing to help limit the spread of COVID-19. Having a telehealth appointment from the safety of your own home also provides more flexibility and saves you time, since you do not have to travel to one of our clinics to see one of our medical providers.

You can get started with telehealth by calling Howard Brown at 773.388.1600 and requesting a visit. As a patient, you will need access to email and a video-capable smart phone or a computer with an enabled video camera, microphone, and speaker. If you don’t have access to a computer or video-capable smart phone, ask us about other options for your visit. Your appointment will be confirmed via text message. Five to ten minutes prior to your medical appointment, you will receive an email with a link to access your appointment. At the appointment time, you can connect on your computer or phone and will be face-to-face with a medical provider.

While many common needs can be addressed completely via telehealth, a provider may direct you to the appropriate clinic if you need an in-person follow-up or labs.

There is no additional cost for a telehealth visit. You will be billed just like a regular visit. All telehealth visits are eligible for our sliding scale fees.
