Vaccine Available to Essential Frontline Workers and Anyone 65 & Up

Howard Brown Health is now offering the COVID-19 vaccine to established patients and community members who are essential frontline workers or age 65 or older. Please call 872.269.3600 for vaccine appointment information.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Chicagoans age 65 and older
  • Residents of homeless shelters, corrections settings and other residential settings
  • Correctional workers and first responders
  • Grocery store workers and manufacturing/factory workers
  • Daycare, K-12 and early education workers
  • Public transit, other manufacturing, and agriculture workers
  • Continuity of government and postal workers
  • Non-hospital based health care workers
  • Community-based workers

Appointments may be rescheduled based on the availability of the vaccine. As we receive additional vaccine doses, new appointment slots will be made available.

Due to supply, vaccination appointments are available at limited clinic locations in Chicago. Your appointment for the second dose will be scheduled at the end of your first appointment.
