The Vernita Gray Council for Philanthropy (VGC) is an auxiliary board, made up of influencers and innovators, who help further the mission of Howard Brown Health through fundraising, engagement, and outreach. The VGC hosts cultivation and outreach events (2nd Tuesday of the month | 6-8pm) to engage the community attracting more Howard Brown supporters including new VGC members, donors, corporate partners, volunteers, patients, and more! Some of their causes include LGBTQ+ youth (Broadway Youth Center), people living with HIV (AIDS Run & Walk), and trans & gender diverse patient care (Trans Media Fashion).
