Justin Douglas is currently Assistant Director of the Edwardson Social Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Chicago–Booth School of Business (Rustandy Center). He works with student entrepreneurs across UChicago’s campus to develop social impact based ventures, secure funding, and find mentors and other avenues for support.
As a classically trained pianist & violinist, he performs regularly with the UChicago Chamber Orchestra and the Chicago Metropolitan Symphony. Justin runs a youth mentorship program with The Black Star Project that connects youth of color on Chicago’s south side with mentors of color from UChicago and other schools. The program brings in guest speakers, goes on regular field trips, and meets weekly to build community and connection.
