Brown Elephant Shift Supervisor (Clark)
Position Summary
Maintain store operations during scheduled shifts. In the absence of the Store Manager or the Assistant Manager, be responsible for assuming the role of the MOD; directing employees, handling customer service and daily accounting. Generally responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of sales floor and off-floor areas
In the absence of the SM or ASM, direct all store activities on a day-to-day basis.
Maintain overall appearance of clothing racks and sales floor making sure floor is ready to accommodate incoming donations. Actively merchandise and display goods to maximize sales and customer experience.
Sort and price donated merchandise and cashier as needed.
Follow and enforce all cash handling policies and procedures. Handle opening and closing procedures including deposits per schedule and request
Train and supervise employees and volunteers per request.
Attend meetings as required.
Perform other duties as directed/assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma required. Must be able to lift heavy and bulky items. Minimum of 2-3 years of resale/retail experience or equivalent preferred. Managerial experience preferred.

Flexibility to work at other locations.
