To recognize National Diabetes Month, Howard Brown Health is taking action to support our patients and communities disproportionately impacted by this condition. Committed to health equity and addressing disparities, particularly among BIPOC individuals and those living with HIV, we are excited to invite you to a special event focused on raising awareness and providing resources for diabetes. This year’s theme is Empowerment through Awareness: Addressing Diabetes in Our Communities.
Join us for free on-site healthcare services, a free Thanksgiving luncheon, a full lineup of engaging programming, a resource fair featuring over a dozen local organizations, and much more. We can’t wait to see you there!
