Adria Hunter manages marketing for Intelligize, a LexisNexis company.
Prior to joining Intelligize, Adria served as Corporate Relations Manager for Center on Halsted, the Midwest’s most comprehensive LGBTQ community center. A member of the Grant Professionals Association (GPA), she has managed private and foundation grants for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis and has worked at various other organizations including United Way Worldwide, United Way of Central Indiana, United BioSource Corporation, and the Brookings Institution.
Adria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a masters’ degree in Development Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa.
Her passions for issues of human rights, poverty alleviation, and women’s empowerment are reflected in her international travels, her love of the Arts, and her support for numerous philanthropic causes. Adria resides in Evanston, IL with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys painting, volunteering, and playing with her dog, Ivy, and cat, Crowley.
