
Pursuing Excellence 2017-2020 Strategic Plan
Howard Brown Health’s three-year strategic plan, entitled Pursuing Excellence, was developed with community and patient input. The plan lays out organizational goals for 2017–2020 in all areas of Howard Brown’s work, including initiatives to expand care access, patient engagement, and available services. Across all service lines, the plan promotes excellence, dedication, and fiscal diversification.

2018 Epidemiology Report
Howard Brown Health’s fifth Epidemiology Report highlights the significant public health role that Howard Brown plays in Chicago and the greater Midwest as the region’s largest LGBTQ organization. The report details sexually transmitted infection (STI) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) screening, positivity, and behavioral trends among clients accessing care at Howard Brown’s clinical and outreach locations in calendar year 2017.

2018 Annual Report
