Support Howard Brown Health in providing comprehensive health and wellness programs to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. In 1974,  Howard Brown was established on the premise that healthcare in the LGBTQ community should be a readily accessible right, not a luxury – that those who lack the privilege of adequate health coverage or access to competent medical providers should be able to find care in a confidential and supportive environment. Today this mission inspires us to provide cutting-edge services to more than 35,000 patients and clients each year. To ensure that we continue to serve those community members who need us most, we turn to you.

Many employers will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Please use the search bar below to find out if your employer participates.

Matching gifts

If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to Howard Brown may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.

Your dedication to furthering the mission of Howard Brown through a generous financial contribution will serve as an outstanding example of leadership in our community and will be put to immediate work: If you would prefer to make your gift by mail, please send your check, payable to Howard Brown Health, to:
