Erica McCallum, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer at Howard Brown Health, where she leads the organization’s finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis revenue cycle, 340B program and grant compliance functions. As a member of the executive leadership team, she oversees financial strategy and enterprise performance initiatives that strengthen the organization’s long-term sustainability in support of high-quality, affirming healthcare for all.

A collaborative and mission-driven leader, McCallum believes strong financial stewardship is fundamental to expanding access to care and advancing organizational impact. She is known for translating complex financial challenges into actionable strategies that improve organizational performance and support informed decision-making. She partners closely with executive leaders, operational teams, and the Board of Directors to align financial stewardship with organizational priorities and long-term strategies.

McCallum began her career in public accounting, building a strong foundation in financial reporting, auditing, and advisory services before transitioning to the nonprofit healthcare sector in 2015. Since then, she has dedicated her career to mission-driven healthcare organizations, helping build financially sustainable organizations that can better serve their patients and communities.

McCallum is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is passionate about developing high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and using finance as a strategic tool to strengthen organizations and advance their mission.
