Dona A. McCullough is a self-proclaimed business professional fundamentally who happens to highly perform within the Human Resources Management space. This proclamation is rooted in Dona’s strong foundational knowledge of business drivers and functions. Additionally, Dona has a heightened systems-thinking acumen consistently making connection between driver and functional independency with the mission and vision of an organization, and how these inform human capital optimization.
A Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness professional for the past 30 years, Dona has served in various capacities within Human Resources Management (HRM). Dona’s professional experience demonstrates international and industry-diversity spanning not for profit, commuter rail, legal, manufacturing and distribution, higher education and healthcare. Currently Dona serves as Chief Human Resources Officer with Howard Brown Health where she is responsible for identifying and implementing short and long-term strategic talent management goals and programs, as well as consulting senior leadership on talent management best practices.
Dona’s investment in the optimization and development of talent is evident well beyond her professional work. For the past 10-years, she has served as an adjunct faculty member teaching both business and communications courses and has also served as a Board Director with several not-for-profit organizations.
Dona possesses a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology, a Master’s of Arts in Communications Studies & Training, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Dona also possesses a Senior Professional in Human Resources Management (SPHR) certification, is a Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), and holds a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
Dona enjoys spending quality time with her spouse of 30-years, Bill, and being reminded daily of what matters most by her son, Corey, and six grandchildren.
