Riham Ramadan joined Helped at Home as a Business Intelligence Analyst in January 2020, where she manages data and reports on key performance metrics to inform strategic business decisions made by executive leadership. Prior to joining Help at Home, she was at Howard Brown Health as a Government Grants Manager in December 2016, where she oversaw she agency’s robust Ryan White grant portfolio. In particular, Riham’s expert data and quality management ensured the successful submission of the annual Ryan White Service report, as well frequent reports on Howard Brown’s high number of Ryan White patients throughout the year.
Riham is a longtime public health advocate; she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and her Masters of Science in Social Work, with a concentration in Social Enterprise Administration, from Columbia University. During her time at Columbia University, Riham interned with Health Management Associates, where she assisted in grant writing projects for nonprofits across the country.
Outside of the office, Riham enjoys cheering on the Michigan Wolverines, attending musicals, and dining out with friends.
