Jeremiah Stevens is Director of Development and Campaign Director for Advocate Charitable Foundation at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center where he works with patients, caregivers, and community members to help the hospital address the health needs and concerns of all who seek care. He is Chair of the LGBTQ Work Group (ERG) for Advocate Illinois Masonic and sits on the LGBTQ Diversity and Inclusion Work Group for the Advocate Aurora Health System.

Outside of work, Jeremiah enjoys softball and kickball and sits on the board of the Chicago Metropolitan Sports Association (CMSA). He volunteers on event committees at the Center on Halsted, notably the annual Evening with Oscar. During the pandemic, he has volunteered weekly to deliver groceries for a client of the Center on Addison. He lives in Uptown with his husband Michael and their sweet little dog Mylo and giant cat Jax.
