Brandy Hatcher DNP, FNP-C, CNL, is Rush University’s Senior Care RN Manager Clinical Operations (pronouns: she/hers). A regular presenter, innovator, and influencer in her work, she has supported the facilitation and maintenance of Rush University’s clinical program in collaboration with her team. Brandy is also a Care Advocate for people living with chronic conditions at 2×2 Health and an adjunct faculty member at Resurrection University. She served for three years as the Co-Chair of the LGBTQ Leadership Council of the Rush Diversity Leadership Council. Brandy got her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Rush University as well as an MSN in nursing, and graduated from Michigan State with a BS in kinesiology and education. Brandy has been recognized as one of the 40 under 40 Emerging Nurse Leaders (2018), and has also been recognized as one of the nation’s top running backs in professional women’s tackle football on top of her title of Little Miss Michigan at the age of 6.
