B is a native of Mississippi who relocated to the Silicon Valley in 2018 after living in Chicago for 12 years. B graduated with their Bachelors of Art, History from Northwestern University. They also have a MBA and MIS from Robert Morris University.
B is a thought leader on product and culture development within technology companies. They are passionate about creating a culture of accountability and sustainable processes that allow teams to “just” do the work well. B’s relationship with Howard Brown Health started in 2006, as an intern for the Lesbian Community Care Project (LCCP). B served as a board member for the LCCP. B has been on Howard Brown Health Board of Directors since 2015.
