Andie Baker joined Howard Brown in 2012, launching numerous new programs including Howard Brown’s community advisory board, Ryan White grants management program, and quality improvement department, which has been recognized for excellence HIV quality improvement and leader in sexual orientation and gender identity data collection. Andie is passionate about leveraging data and community engagement in healthcare organizations to improve health equity. Andie originally moved to Chicago to complete a Bachelors of Arts from Northwestern University and worked in healthcare and social service organizations for over ten years. Andie completed the Community Health Center Executive Fellowship through the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2015. Andie earned a Master’s degree from University of Chicago’s School of Social Service Administration in 2012, completing the Graduate Program for Health Administration and Policy, focusing on health care policy and administration in community health centers.
