Patient Application Clinic

This clinic provides assistance with obtaining medications for people living with HIV who do not receive cage management, Linkage to Care services, or are not able to complete the application on their own.

30 minute scheduled appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Uptown clinic.
