Clinic Closure

Howard Brown Health will begin using a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system on Tuesday, September 20.
In order to ensure the new system is able to immediately meet your needs, all Howard Brown Health clinics and Broadway Youth Center will be closed on Monday, September 19 for testing and training. Regular business hours will resume the following day on September 20. To learn more about how the change affects you, visit howardbrown.org/mychart.
If you access services at BYC, Center on Halsted (3656 N Halsted St, Chicago, IL 60613) will be providing breakfast, lunch, and Ventra cards for clients.
