COVID-19 antibody testing is for patients who have not had COVID-19 symptoms for 10 days or more. The COVID-19 antibody test is a blood test that detects the body’s immune response to the infection caused by the virus rather than detecting the virus itself. Antibody tests require an appointment and are covered by most insurance.
