Furniture and Household Items Curbside Pickup Request Form

Thanks for considering making a donation to the Brown Elephant and supporting Howard Brown Health.

Please take a moment to read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Our curbside pickup service is reserved for: gently used furniture as well as a limited amount of household items. We do not offer move-out services and ask that all items be outside and ready to go for us. We can pick up at ground level outdoors, in garages, and/or on a loading dock. Thank you!

Our movers reserve the right to decline items based on condition or size. This includes spots stains, rips, excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, missing hardware, discoloration, or other damage.

Please fill out the form below and upload photos of your items. We will promptly respond with dates available for pickup. We typically book out a few days to a week in advance. (Please check your spam or junk folder if an email isn’t received in 24-48 hours.)

Trucks are booked to capacity daily. Please email BEdonate@HowardBrown.org to update your donation list, reschedule, or cancel your pick-up at least 24 hours in advance.

While our curbside pick-up service is free of charge, we suggest a $35 donation to help cover our fuel expenses.
