In order to make your donation experience as easy as possible for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following guidelines:

• All donations must be in resalable condition.
• Please have loose items packed in bags or boxes and ready to be moved when we arrive.
• Please remove hangers from clothing.
• Please try to be as accurate as possible when listing the amount of bags, boxes and other items being donated.
• Please contact us if you add on any additional items, as our trucks are scheduled to capacity every day. bedonate@howardbrown.org, or call 773.549.5943 ext 1.
• We aim to be as accommodating as possible, but due to the high volume of donations, not all requests for specific pickup times can be met.
• Furniture must not have rips, tears, stains, water damage or excessive pet hair.
• All furniture must be structurally sound.
• All electronics must be in working order.
• Our movers retain authority to decline any item(s) that are not in resalable condition.
